100 Percent Direct Marketing is a full service Direct Marketing agency founded in 1982, with Senior Management who've been in the business for over 40 years but remain very much involved in day to day account handling. Put simply, if you work with 100 Percent, no matter how large your business or your account, your account handler will have over 40 years of Direct Marketing expertise across a wide range of functions, as well as business management expertise.
We are a small agency, highly experienced and with very short lines of communication. The benefit of our expertise and experience is delivered from start to finish on any campaign. We pride ourselves in our ability to handle small accounts and campaigns cost effectively for clients. As well as our own resources, we have partnered with several similar companies to extend our service offering into broader, integrated campaigns, and most of these companies share the same principles.
Indeed, 2 of them are run by ex work colleagues from many years ago.

Having once co-owned and worked in the UK's then largest direct marketing service company, we have handled some very big accounts.
17 years working on Procter & Gamble business, handling mail order giants such as Gusco and Grattan, charities, financial services, retail, travel and leisure has given us some key skills in strategy, planning and account management, as well as the skills across our activities.
We also work on single services, or a combination of services, for both large and small clients.

We have never seen new developments as a reason to abandon our core services, and ignore our understanding of data or the different channels to use for acquisition and retention strategies.
Indeed, we like to say we combine the strengths of a traditional grounding in DM techniques and implementation, with an up to date understanding of digital and social techniques, and the integration of several channels at once.

This demonstrated both a design ability as well as simplifying a very complicated task, and the coordination of different client departments.
TNT - working with an agency specialising in internal communications, we handled the logistics under strict confidentiality and a very tight timetable for staff communication on rebranding - 55000 letters in 6 languages, duplicating CD ROMs for presentations and Colour Acetates for more far flung locations (this was a while ago when some countries didn't have PC's in every office); plus work books and manuals for locations all over the world, where everything had to arrive on the same day.
